Where can I get my mom's car's registration done?

I recently moved to Humble, TX from Fort Worth. The registration sticker in my mom's car expired a little bit ago. Usually I replaced it for her at some courthouse in Hurst, with just proof of insurance; and I knew of several places where I could go, but for some reason I can't figure out where to do it now. Dept. of Public Safety? Municipal Court?
