What is a good recipe for a Chicken Broccoli rice and cheese cerole?

I'm looking for something quick and simple. I was thinking just some chicken, rice, cheddar cheese or should I use velveeta, little garlic and onions, my biggest thing is how much rice and should I cook and the chicken first?
