Isn't Sheen THE best advertisement for not doing drugs ever? WHY have cops not arrested him for possessing?

The man is wasted space and is self destructing with the world watching. I could care less what happens to the guy I feel bad for his kids, and if he loved his kids half as much as he loves himself and his perverted hedonsic lifestyle he would man up and do right by his kids and straighten his life out.
