Should we start rewarding Americans financially to call the Illegal Immigrant tip hotline 1-800-347-2423 (ICE)?

Let's put Americans to work! Let's have Americans observe and report for the Federal Government, as to any Illegal Immigrant activity anywhere in the U.S.. These jobs could be a quasi Government job with full benefits and the Illegal Immigrants would never know who's watching them. The Illegal Immigrants will be running scared, especially if you say the word "papeles" in front of them, they literally jump with fear or becom a statue, as they get scared when they hear this word. Then are children can get these jobs from the Illegal Immigrants and the employers will have to pay the $12 or $14 an hour for a dishwasher and Americans will be back to work.
