he might be interested. you have to show that your interested though too. not responding to txts makes him think that you dont want to talk to him. maybe ask some friends to ask one of his freinds if he likes you. dont forget to have fun with it. you seem young so its all about flirting. make sure if you guys start liking each other you are both careful to not hurt each other emotionally. its the worst.
