Help Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

Happy new year everyone! wonder if anyone has got some serious proper answers about my dilema I really fancy this guy at work, everytime I see him I feel uplifted and I love the way around his eyes crinkle when he smiles or laughs, I love the way he always manages to cheer me up and I love his way of thinking no matter how weird or freaky it is. I've dropped subtle hints but he doesn't seem to notice I like him, is he just not recognising the signs or does he not like me????
