Do I have rights to my own body if I am under someone's custody?

You are never owned, but parents have a right to raise you according to what they believe is appropriate. Short of child abuse, (which you have a legal right to be protected agianst), there is very little you can do to change their behavior. They are obligated to provide you shelter and clothing and fulfill your medical needs in a timely manner and you to school.
