Should we give Obama a line item Veto so that he can remove unnecessary spending from the budget?

I'm comfortable with the Supreme Courts decision. It's a measure that overreached presidential powers. Instead, I'd prefer that earmarks were banned, period. Of course that will never happen, unfortunately.
