What is the penalty for a letter carrier who lies on an appeal for workers comp?

There are witnesses, audio tapes of him admitting to drug abuse on the job, admitting to shoveling snow (the claim is for a back injury), trying to coerse someone to say if asked, that it was them that shoveled snow, and video tapes that blantantly exhibit him shoveling, throwing snow swinging baseball bats and lugging groceries? Also he's a pain killer addict and can become dangerous. Can I have him removed?
