We have a health care aid taking care of my arthritic mother~~~,?

whos also incontinnant,the agency that she works for doesnt have an aide to care for my mother for the weekend,now,n my father whos severly brain injured and has alzhiemers felt sorry for our aide that shes loosing 2 days off so like a nut he offered and dragged me into it to care for my mother alone in order to allow our aide to take 2 days off.hes as weak as a baby and handling my nothers "dead weight" when changing her is an immposible chore,she resists with everything,the aide has to get her motivated to straghten up and hold nto the bars in the bathroom,and after we clean her,we have another job getting her to loose her grip on the bars and sit in the wheelchair.i cannot see my father who is 94 yrs old isting my 89 yr old mother without causing her to fall.the aide and i are extremely careful with my mother,we know just how to handle her.but my father??? no way.whats your opinion.
