Petrified of needles and i have to have one for a filling tomorrow ! arghhh help?

i have always been petrified of needles . and i have to have a needle to numb my mouth becuause i have to have a filling ! had it done before .... nearly ffainted ! but i cried becuase i am so scared of them i dont know what to do tomorrow :S im so scared. any advice or help ?
