Is it possible i have lung cancer?

hi im pretty new to answers n it seams like it helps me with alot of questions, now i have a problem, im currently 18 years old and i have been smoking weed for about 4 years now and i would say i smoked every day. In the last couple of months i started realizing little pain in where i thought was my lungs. Now today i woke up with a sharp pain in my lower right chest. i feel the pain when i inhale and exhale deep. But when i touch the area (touch my ribs) it kinda feels like a bruise, so i thought i couldve slept bad on my side the whole night, but im still really curious if this is a sign of lung cancer or maybe something else. i also dont know too much about bronchitis but i think i might have it as well. and my last question is can i just go to a walk in clinic or i need to find my doctor which i havent gone to in a while.
