Inline hockey rule: high sticking?

No penalty. Just like in ice there is no penalty. As long as the player make a obvious shooting motion then there is no penalty. But if the player stops and when the defending player jumps in front of the forward, and then he shoots and his in with his stick, it is up to the referee.
