I have a piece equipment that came with a 2 pin 5.6 volt dc adapter, i need 3 pin uk, where can i get one?

Is it important to use exactly 5.6 as adapters i have found haves numerous options but non exactly 5.6 volts. I mean can i use a 5 volt adapter? or where can i get an original adapter from. cheers.
