How much approx. would this paint job cost?

I am curious how much it would cost to get the Baltimore skyline painted on both sides of a Mazda rx-8. I would also want the base paint to be midnight black.It would be cool to have the prices for both hand painted or vinyl (If its even possible without it looking bad). I 'm not looking for an exact price, just educated guesses lol. A range would be nice, like 2k-4k or 10-12k etc. Thanks!
