HELP! CAT EMERGENCY!!!!!!!?

I found my cat laying around today...above her at the base of the tail where she's been losing hair it's all bubbly! It's squishy and warm and feels like a gigantic blister....she got really mad when i touched it....Does anyone know what's wrong with her? Please help! I'm scared.
